Painful Pleasures

So my dad was "Digging" the storeroom.

He took a big blue and very familiar luggage bag out...
And i was like...

"OMG! You found my skates..."

Ive been looking for them all over the house for years and years (Ok fine, not years- Months) but never actually thought it would end up in the store room... =.=

Under everything else..

I could actually still fit into it! Gosh! I miss the sting-gy feeling i get as i stuff my feet in and the numbness as soon as i take it off.

Felt like a big tall giant when i wore my skates and walked around the house..
Nothing better to do? Exactly! You got that one right!

I was half a head taller than my dad and about 2 heads taller than my mom! Hahaha~!! That was a pretty funny feeling.

And mind you, my dad isnt a short man.. Fine, hes an averaged height man. =D Haha! As a girl... I dare say im not too short as well.. Thanks, dad, for your awesome awesome tall genes. Haha!! Though i have to agree i am kinda fat for my height. Haha. (Hence, the giant feeling- Giant + Giantish giant!= Shiok Leng with her skates on.. ;P)

I also found my wrist bands, few clips, comb, gel pad, socks, small bag, towel, sandbags (I miss alot!) and some rubbish in that very bag.

Something like this, but white.

My first pair of skates looks like crap right now because its almost 11 years old. The leather is sorta cracked a little.. Alot. Haha! My mom asked me to polish my skates tomorrow and all i could tell her was, "Yeah, if i do that, my skates will be naked!" But seriously, its cracked into little pieces like dry land. My second pair of skates (Only 5 years old..) still looks fine. Seasoned. Comfortable. And... Ready. =)

Donated blood yesterday... For the very first time.
Better late than never, yes?

Haha... I was scared shit! But yeah, watching Cam go through the first point with courage made me think, "If she/everyone else can do it, why cant i?" And... I did it! Nothing went wrong other than the fact that my blood was chilling when its supposed to be working...

Yum yum!

What i really mean is that- i am so damn unhealthy. Needa eat more vegetables and fruits. Screw meat! One month... Possible?

I believe i can do it. =)

When Cam and the guy AFTER me was done and eating cake i was still laying there pressing the damn PVC shit. Oh the slowness! Haha... But yeah, only 6 donors that day which surprised me.

Ok, here i go again... My proud moment! =D *Places fist to heart, looking up*

Oh they gave me like... Pills after that... Its like a 12 days thing. =/ Boo hoo... For the iron apparently.

DAY 1.. Lets watch it turn blue together, yeah? Haha.

Apparently, they missed my super tiny, "invisible" vein (Yeah, tiny... Thats what she said ;D) the first time so they injected it the second time... And yeah... Blue black. Haha!!

Oh, i never knew donating blood has privileges other than getting new blood. Such as getting free injections, free stay in a public hospitals and stuff..

Like whoa, yeah?

And hey, one pint of blood can save THREE lives! (If your blood is accepted that is)

Oh oh!! Before i forget, im getting more piercings....
Waiting for my dearest to go with me..

"Im still waiting!!!" =)

Painful pleasures they are, alright. =)

Happy Birthday Wai Jin!
Happy Birthday Ee Von!!
