Apple being Sued In Federal Court over Location Tracking

"Breaking news hitting us just moments ago, it seems that Apple has just been sued in federal court for alleged privacy invasion and computer fraud by two customers who claim the company is secretly recording and storing the location and movement of iPhone and iPad users."

The lawsuit was filed in Tampa, Florida by 2 people, one in Florida and the other in New York earlier today.

Here is a statement from their attorney:

“We take issue specifically with the notion that Apple is now basically tracking people everywhere they go, If you are a federal marshal you have to have a warrant to do this kind of thing, and Apple is doing it without one.”

Steve Jobs says Google is tracking their customers, not Apple.

Here is a customer’s email:
“Steve, Could you please explain the necessity of the passive location-tracking tool embedded in my iPhone? It’s kind of unnerving knowing that my exact location is being recorded at all times. Maybe you could shed some light on this for me before I switch to a Droid. They don’t track me.”

Steve Jobs responded with this: “Oh yes they do. We don’t track anyone. The info circulating around is false.”

OH REALLY. . .

HERE IS APPLE'S OFFICIAL STATEMENT:
Why is Apple tracking the location of my iPhone? Apple is not tracking the location of your iPhone. Apple has never done so and has no plans to ever do so.

So if those two guys win, then we can start to worry.

Cant sleep... Thought of doing a post to try win Nuffnang tickets but my mind doesnt seem to be moving that direction.. Instead, i came up with something pointless and silly.

Before i shut my system down
I will take a stroll down the memory lane

Filming On "The Avengers" has Began!!!

Production for "The Avengers" has finally started. It began on Monday of this week. The film's director, Joss Whedon told fans what he was getting ready to film on the first day.
On the first day, the studio were filming a "coming out scene", which I assume is when the Avengers come out to show the world who they are? Possibly. The other MAJOR scene was something like a confrontation scene or something like that.
The studio also released the image above, which features the film's official logo and the logo for the team. I love the set-up of the image. Directors chairs for Thor, Iron Man, Captain America and HULK.
OH, Chris Evans did comment on the relationship between his character (Steve Rogers aka Captain America) and Tony Stark aka Iron Man, played by the great Robert Downey Jr. He said that that two of them don't get on well, as they both want to be the leader of the Avengers.

Alex Winter has confirmed via Twitter that the script for the long awaited "Bill & Ted 3" film is complete. We should be hearing something on it soon. All we know is that it'll be arriving in cinema's sometime next year hopefully. HELL YEAH!!!!

This movie is alright... Love the ending best. Id rate it..... 5/10!

Imagine getting one like that?! I mean, it wouldnt hurt right? Shes doing everything to make sure that youre save and happy.. Haha!!

I wouldnt want one like that though. Hmmm.. It would be pretty freaky.. Especially how it all ended. The slashings were awesome! Haha! Sort of reminded me of Sorority Row.. Good movies.. But id rather watch Sorority Row over The Roommate anyways. Haha!

They look alike.. Right right right?!

The funniest part is that, when the movie started, i thought Minka was Leighton. Oh Gosh! They look soooo alike! I swear! And i thought she played two roles.. =/ Hahaha! *Paiseh*

Spoiler: Boyfriend dies and no news about him after that, Sara (Minka Kelly) killed Rebecca (Leighton Meester), Tracy's (Alyson Michalka) belly button ring was ripped out from her belly. Eww!!, Stephen (Cam Gigandet) SURVIVED! Hhahahhaa! I shall not kill everything..

Go watch the movie! Its not a bad movie.. Hehe..

Especially when youre sitting next to someone who is scared shitless.. Hahha! Calvin, Jit Ming and i were laughing at her. Hehehe. And Kian Fai was on my left.. Haha! Too bad he didnt jump with his bag. Sigh. I was really hoping for that though. Hehe.

Out of so many... This is the only one where both of us looked "good". Imagine that!! And this isnt even THAT nice... Haha! Gosh! =P

"SCREAM 5" Not Happening?

It's now been rumored that "SCREAM 5" will not be happening as "SCRE4M" didn't bring in enough money at the box-office. It only brought in around $18 million. To you and me, that's actually not that bad, but to the studio's at Hollywood......it aint that great. BAD TIMES!!!!
Fans and critics are saying that the film could have taken in more if the age certifiacte was upped to an "18", like the previous films. That means the film would have had a much bigger audience. Well at least the fourth film didn't end with a cliff-hanger of an ending. I went to see it and I really loved it. Didn't expect the killer to be who he/she was. WOW!!!! I'll probably do my review of it on my YouTube channel sometime this week or next.
For now the "SCREAM" franchise has been put on hold. It probably will return sometime, but either direct-2-DVD or even just Hollywood's favourite "reboot" style. FUCK!!!!
