Im Perfectly Fine.

Minor health issues.... An Unconscious Second


Have you ever went UNCONSCIOUS for ONE SECOND while walking/running?

- You dont fall.
- You just lose balance.
- You walk like a drunkard.
- You cant look down and/or around.
- Your vision blurred.
- Your eyes just shut.
- You get a little dizzy.
- Your head gets heavy.
- Everything around you is spinning.
- Your head tilts back.
- Your whole system feels down.
- You feel lethargic.
- You get really thirsty.
- All you see is darkness even when the sunlight is shinning directly to your face.
- Wake up feeling really fresh and ready to go.


Everything in just a quick second.


It just happened to me this morning.
I guess this is what lacking of sleep does to a person.
And maybe what skipping meals does too.
And... lacking of water. Dehydration?
Sunstroke? Doubt that.



So i havent been sleeping early or eating proper meals this past year.
But i cant help it.

Sleepless Nights:
Never in my entire life i sleep before 11pm.
Maybe when i was a little baby i did.
But what i really meant is...
Ever since i was 12 i have been sleeping at 1am and sometimes 3am.
Only since 2008 maybe ive been sleeping at 4am.

Empty Stomach:
Sometimes im just not hungry at all.
Sometimes i squat down in pain from gastric.
Sometimes looking at pictures of yummy food makes me feel like vomiting (The worst was in 2006 when in just 2 weeks lost 5kgs because of this).

I guess this is what keeps me pale as hell too. Hahaha.


I know how it sounds funny and it doesnt sound like it happened to the fat me but it sort of did and it still does.

Moral:
- Get plenty of rest.
- Drink lots of water.
- Eat proper meals.
- Love your body. Love yourself.

I doubt im having any weird eating disorders. =) Im going for DINNER now.
