I had heard from a couple of insiders that this Is what was going to happen, and then after comparing a close-up screenshot of the shooter to a cutesy picture of Daryl Sabaras, who plays Tim, I can confirm that he is the shooter. However, keep in mind that you never actually see Nancy get shot...
