3 Weeks of Stress

Camwhored before we left the house. No, i didnt wear the cap out and i wore a jacket.

Sick as hell. Sigh.

Anyhoots, after 3 long weeks, i stepped into the rink, which was once known as my 2nd home a long time ago, again. It was beautifully white and cooling. =) I seriously miss that feeling... ALOT. Seng, baby and i met up with Nigel and Rose. It was fun doing stunts with her. Its been long. The last time i did something crazy was 3 weeks ago... Hence, the title. We did that so called "Scorpion" move in cheerleading, on ice. Fun! Its been AWHILE since i did that. About 5 years since i did that. Oh well. Hehe... Ive got something disgusting to share..

Its not that i have forgotten that i need long and thick socks when i skate but... I guess i just wasnt thinking straight. I brought a thin ankle socks. How awesome am i, eh? So both sides of my ankles has blisters, the back of my lower calf has like a "friction-like-mark" and blisters at the usual spot. How sad is that?

Its really disgusting close up. Haha! Seriously. Its so difficult for me to take a proper shower. Sigh.

Goodnight, loves!

Great Surprise

Ok, i have not been blogging until this little HUGE ASS surprise sort of sparked me a little... It happened a few days ago.

ONE of the reasons (Yes, my laptop may have been a little cuckoo but... I can still play this baby. Hell yeah!):

I was bored at home waiting to have dinner with my boo who was working hard and well...*Tick tock tick tock* He texted me about a surprise which made me think alot. Haha! Cause a couple of days before that very day, i gave him a small surprise. Note: Small. Something he can hold. Haha!

Unlike before, this surprise was BIGGER. =) Note: Something i cannot hold but can keep as beautifully captured memories. Well, i could hold as well but that is a totally different story. No more two bowls of love but a whole scenery of lighted love. <3 Aww... Right? Thanks, baby. =')

So, as i got into the car, strapped on my seat belt, before the car even moved an inch, he said, "Baby, close your eyes. Ive got a surprise for you..." And i did. When we reached the place (About 30 mins later- I nearly fell asleep then. Haha!), i opened my eyes and all i saw were other cars. We were at a parking lot. I opened the door and WOOSH! A gush of cold wind blew towards my direction.

Know where was i then???

Yep, you got it right! Ampang Look Out Point! =)))

Surprised? Obviously! Speechless? Duh! All i could do was smile... If i was the kind of person who would cry when im touched, i would be sobbing then. (PS: I only cry when im sad, emotionally hurt or angry. Yes, im weird)

Anyhoots, we didnt take much picture because we went there for my surprise dinner (Celebration, baby!) and for the fresh air (Which wasnt "present" because it was still too early). So we had our meal at Ampang look out point restaurant. And we ordered,

Do not ever order fried mushroom. Yes, its my favourite dish but check the amount of flour they use! Id rather go get the one in Pasar Malam. Oh shit, now i feel like eating fried mushrooms. =(

Oh yes! We had one large iced soursop juice too. Yum! It was a little tasteless in the beginning but we added sugar. Oh the sweetness. MmmMmm! It was good! We spent half the time talking about one of our many mutual favourite subject and the other half talking about nonsense. Haha! Great night. Great night indeed.

Code: Abubiba... <3. Hahaha! He was super sleepy when he said that. ;D

Del Toro Not Returning For Third "Hellboy" Film!

"Hellboy 1&2" director, Guillermo Del Toro has confirmed that he WILL NOT be returning for the third entry in the film franchise. SHITE! He says that he's too busy and, "By the time I get to it and by the time we got Ron [Perlman] back, he'll be a HellMAN and in a wheelchair,"
So a "Hellboy 3" may actually never happen then. Or maybe it'll get rebooted instead. Who knows!!!

Guillermo Del Toro Gives Update On "HULK" TV Show!

I actually forgot about this new upcoming TV show was happening. Guillermo Del Toro gave fans an update on how the making of the new version of the show was doing. Here's what he said,
"Is Hulk still happening?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. We turned in the outline to ABC about four weeks ago. And then we did a rewrite for ABC on the outline, and now we are lining up the pages.
Is it safe to assume this will be a different Hulk than we've ever seen before?
I think so. Or we wouldn't be trying it. Actually, one of the points of this project early on with Marvel, was "We're going to do this thing different, and here's how. Are you interested?" And they were."

"Xerxes" Prequel Retitled!

Warner have announced that they have changed the title of "Xerves" to "300: Battle Of Artemisia". The film is confirmed to be a prequel to the Zach Snyder's 2006 film, "300" and will be set about 10 years before the events of the first film.
Warner have also confirmed that Zach Snyder will deffo not be directing the upcoming prequel, as he's busy with their new 2012 "Superman" film. They have narrowed possible director down to two, Noam Murro and Jaume Collet-Serra. Murro was the guy behind the live-action trailers for the "Halo" franchise. He's also up for the role of director for "Die Hard 5". Collet-Serra directed "Orphan" and is currently helming a new "Dracula" film, "Harker".
Gerard Butler is being offered his role again from the first film, Leonidas. It's yet unknown if he'll return or not, but I'm sure he will..........hopefully.

Tom Hanks Says A Fourth "Toy Story" Is Happening!

While in an interview with the BBC News, "Toy Story" star, Tom Hanks said that Pixar are making a "Toy Story 4" right now, as we speak. This is what Hanks said, "I think they are trying to do another one. The spirit afoot is to make a fourth,...Whatever is going on at Pixar headquarters is a mystery to me. I'll wait until they blow white smoke out of the chimney or whatever it is that says there's another Toy Story coming down the pipe."
Now, I was happy with the way Pixar ended the trilogy last year with the (again) universally acclaimed "Toy Story" film, "Toy Story 3". I really truthly don't want another full-length feature film. Just stick with the wee shorts that they are planning to do, for example, the "Toy Story: Hawiian Vacation".
Can Pixar really come up with another amazing story for a fourth film, or could it all go terribly wrong for them? We'll have to wait and see when the film comes out.

New Images From "Transformers: Dark Of The Moon"

"Law & Order: SVU" Star Joins "Superman: The Man Of Steel"

"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" star, Christopher Meloni is the newest cast member and possibly the last cast member to join Zach Snyder's "Superman: The Man Of Steel".
It's unspecified which role he is playing, though fans are saying that he may be playing either Lex Luthor or even Lois Lane's father, General Sam Lane.

Steven Spielberg Directing Next "Transformers"?

Shia LaBeouf has said that Michael Bay may not be returning for a "Transformers IV" after he's completely done with this latest installment. Bay did confirm that he won't be returning too, but things do change. Rob Zombie didn't want for a "Halloween II" and he did.
News is spreading that May is considering returning as producer for a fourth "Transformers", with Steven Spielberg possibly directing it. Spielberg is the exec-producer for the present trilogy. The next "Transformers" may end up being a total reboot, rather than a sequel, seeing as La Beouf has confirmed that he really really ain't coming back for another.

"Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D" Plot Details!

Here's the plot details for the upcoming "Chainsaw" sequel/reboot to the 70's original,
The new film, set today, will see the authorities and some angry townspeople ambushing the Sawyer home – where Jeb Stuart is accused of carrying out his butchering.
Hooper, the local by-the-book sheriff, had agreed to give Leatherface/Jeb Sawyer a fair trial and grant him a good lawyer…. But that’s before local mayor Burt Hartman, an imposing town tough-guy, arrives with a mob to see that the murderer/s don’t even make it past their front door. Though they both want justice, Hooper and Burt have different methods. Things escalate when Burt’s mob start tying ropes to trees, prepping for a hanging, and ultimately throw a flaming cocktail into the Sawyer home… burning the place, and it’s residents (including Jeb’s father, Drayton, played by Bill Moseley), to the ground.
Goodbye Sawyers… goodbye Leatherface?
You can guess what happens next : The Chainsaw killings start up again (there’s a fun sequence at a carnival where our villain starts chopping away at the attendees) and Hooper is forced to believe that Jeb Stuart somehow survived the fire and is back for revenge. But is it Jeb? And if not, who is it? and why have they surfaced?
To entice the young ones, there’s a young heroine in the film, Heather who – Halloween H20 should maybe get a ’special thanks’ in the credits – learns she has a disturbing connection to the murderous Sawyer. Heather’s a bit of a hornbag but possibly more disturbing is her taste for things of a darker nature (not just referring to her boyfriend either) – like her art pieces which border on revolting. Still, there’s good in this family member and enough intelligence and determination to find out what’s really going on.
All the 3D jumps and scares are weaved into the script – the ‘teeth that come flying at the audience’ when Leatherface smashes one of the youngster’s mouths with a meat hammer. They’re fun moments but what’s most impressive about the story here is that it’s a really intriguing mystery movie, it’s not as cut-and-dry as the previous Chainsaw movies, and will have you both thinking… and freaking.

Empire Magazine Does "The Hobbit"

Above is the first ever look at both Bilbo (Martin Freeman) and Gandolf (Sir Ian McKellen), which will feature in next months Empire Magazine.
Also, while we're on "Hobbit" stuff, "Sherlock" star, Benedict Cumberbatch has joined the cast of the upcoming "Lord Of The Rings" prequel. He will star alongside his fellow "Sherlock" star, Martin Freeman. He'll be playing Smaug.

"Green Lantern" Is Good & Bad!

Went and saw "Green Lantern" the other day. In a nut-shell, the film is good and bad. I didn't think it would have been amazing when I saw the trailers, but it did looks as though it would have it's moments.....and it did. It's no "X-Men: First Class", but it's deffo watchable.
Critics have slagged it big time, and it ain't that bad. It seems as though Warner don't give a shit about the critics. It's just been announced that they are going ahead with "Green Lantern II". It was announced, way back before the first film came out, that the script for number 2 had been wrote and was getting touched up a bit. Then after the reception of the first film, everyone thought that the sequel was in major trouble, but it seems as though it's fine then.
The film, at first, was extremely slow. It did pick up big time, but by that time it was nearly finished, which was really pish. Ryan Reynolds is the shit as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern. He was perfect for the role. The CGI suit is amazing. Had some daubts on the suit, but it was fucking amazing looking. The things he could do were cool, but some of the things were a bit stupid, but it was fun. Some of the CGI was a bit shity looking. I felt as though I was watching a kids CGI cartoon. Bit too much CGI for some things. But hey, what can you do.
Mark Strong was great as the Lantern leader, Sinestro. There's a scene at the end that sets him up for something big in the sequel. Sinestro hates Hal Jordan at first. Makes him believe that he's not good enough to become a Lantern, but he proves him wrong at the end, after fighting Paralax. Peter Sarsgaard was brilliant as Dr Hector Hammond, but his part in the film was pretty shite. He wasn't given enough on-screen time. His character became mega brilliant for about 20 minutes and then got (SPOILERS) killed off. Shite!!! And now onto Blake Lively as Carol Ferris. Her character was, with out a doubt, fucking pointless. She was just there to be the sex-on-legs character for the guys to love. She's hot, but shite. I don't know if it was because of the wrong casting. Not sure, but I didn't like the character.
The film's main villain, Paralax was cool looking. Great villain. The story basically circuled around him or it coming to earth and destroying anything and everything in it's way on the way there.
Here's hoping the sequel will be a lot better (storylines wise). I'd give it 6/10.

UPDATE: Warner have released a statement saying that a sequel has actually not been confirmed yet. It's still in discussion.

Kings Of Leon Recording Theme Song For "BOND 23"?

Kings Of Leon drummer, Nathan Followill has said that Daniel Craig have asked the band, not once, but three times to record the theme song for the next Jame Bond film.
I always thought that they were good for the song. The Killers have been rumored to be up for the record too.
